All of the pieces I make are handmade by me; this is a one woman production. I want all of my customers to be satisfied and extremely happy with their purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions to help you make an informed and proper decision as I know that it can be hard to really "see" an item online verses in person.
Please handle all of the items with care! Handmade jewelry is artwork and should be treated as such to ensure your piece lasts. Natural stones can chip, scratch, and break so please be gentle with all pieces. Please take off pieces if you are planning to be in water, or any kind of liquid, if you are using cleaning products, or participating in rough strenuous activity where it is more likely to get knocked around. Better to be safe than sorry! If I feel that a piece needs some extra care, I will put a special not in the product description.
I am currently set up to use USPS Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Tracking is included, with the option of Insurance plus delivery confirmation signature (recommended) to insure safe delivery. I am not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery. If something does happen wth the shipment, you must file a claim with USPS, or if a differet delivery company is used, that company.
If you would like a different delivery method used that I do not have on my website, please contact me before your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can set something special up for you.
If you do not see your country listed for a shipping option, please contact me via email at Carrie@metalsbynature.com and I can set it up for the item so you can purchase it. I appologize; please bear with me for international shipping, as this is all new to me.
If you decide that you do not want the item once you have received it, you have seven days to return the item. You must first contact me via email; Carrie@metalsbynature.com to let me know your intentions. Items that are sent back without prior communication and approval will not be accepted. The item must be in it's original condition, unworn, and in it's original packaging to get a full refund. You will need to pay for return shipping, with added insurance, signature required at delivery, and tracking to ensure it gets back to me properly. Once I recieve it, in the proper condition, you will be refunded for the amount of the piece. Shipping will not be refunded.
After seven business days all sales will be considered final.
If there is a problem with the piece that I might be able to repair, please contact me and I would be happy to talk to you about it and see if we can resolve the issue.
